Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2019

Due to changes brought about by GDPR and the Charity Commission, we are no longer providing our own congregational annual report. You can, however, access our Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2019 by clicking here. This report is available on the Charity Commission website as well. Hard copies of the report will be available upon request.

Please note that individual givings are not listed in this report. They will be provided privately to individuals when envelopes for 2021 are being delivered.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2020 will be available early next year. If you are interested in receiving envelopes or standing order forms to enable you to give in 2021, please contact our treasurer Billy Smyth. Also, if there have been any changes to your personal details – your address, your telephone number etc – please also contact Billy. His mobile number is 07751 793902.

Alternatively, you can download a Standing Order form by clicking here.

A template of the Standing Order form can be accessed by clicking here.

We also actively use the Government Gift Aid scheme. It allows churches to claim money back from HMRC. It increases the basic rate of contributions by 25% and doesn’t cost you anything. If you are a taxpayer and you’re interested in signing up to Gift Aid, please speak to Des Alexander. His contact number is 02825 861858. If you are currently signed up to the scheme, it would be appreciated if you could complete a new Gift Aid form so that our records are accurate. Thank you to those who have already done so.

As always, let me express our sincere gratitude to all those involved in the finances of our church family. Their hard work and dedication is much appreciated. Let me also take this opportunity to thank you for all of your giving to the work of our church family here in Buckna. We do not take your contributions for granted and wish to thank you all for your kindness and generosity.

Yours in Christ,

Stephen
